COURSE EVALUATION – TRAINING OF TRAINERS COURSES

This questionnaire must be completed by trainers once they have completed a Fundisa for Change Training of Trainers course. The results will help course facilitators and the F4C coordinator to continuously improve the individual courses and the programme overall. The aim is also to gain an overview of responses to the course, to give stakeholders a quantitative sense of the value of F4C. Responses will be aggregated before being reported, and will always be treated as confidential.
