“Fundisa for Change – Empowering teachers for a sustainable future.”

Our FET Phase Online Courses

Fundisa for Change FET Phase empowers educators to integrate climate change education into Life Orientation and Geography. The program offers subject-specific courses that emphasise the importance of human rights, social justice, inclusivity, and environmental sustainability. These courses enhance the CAPS curriculum by focusing on the green economy, climate change, and social responsibility, thereby fostering transformative learning and community engagement. Through Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), educators gain the tools to instill foundational knowledge, competencies, and values, preparing students to be informed, responsible, and culturally aware citizens.
